Accelerating advancement of its interoperable public safety best-of-breed solution – Delphini® – A cloud-based AI SaaS platform providing real-time transcription and patented keyword alerting on emergency radio transmissions and 911 calls

MANASSAS, VA, December 23, 2025 – Smart Response Technologies (SRT), the pioneer of live public safety radio transcription and commercializing the U.S. Air Force’s keyword alerting through its product, Delphini®, is pleased to announce joining the prestigious L3Harris Mission-Critical Alliance (MCA). The partner program is for best-of-breed technology solution providers to openly collaborate to advance the capabilities, compatibility and security of mission-critical solutions.

Developed in cooperation with the U.S. Air Force Research Lab, Delphini® provides patented, customizable keyword highlighting that draws the attention of telecommunicators and responders to decrease the chance of missing critical information while monitoring multiple radio channels at once. Furthermore, with the MCA’s deeper, open integrations of real-time AI, the transcription model can highlight “predictor” words enabling early warnings for a potential greater problem, such as an active shooter event, large-scale fire, or pursuit of armed and dangerous people.
